Monographs

1. Official NATO Publications and information sources – introductory, thematic and reference publications produced by the NATO Public Diplomacy Division in Brussels and NATO Defence College in Rome. The publications are intended for the general and specialist public with the intention of bringing the current activities of the Alliance closer. They are available in the study room in printed or electronic form. All titles are available in the English language version, some publications are also available in other languages, including Slovak.
2. Professional publications – books by domestic and foreign publishers in the profile area - international relations, international organizations and groupings, UN, NATO, OSCE, EU, history of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, its expansion, Slovakia's membership in NATO, European security and defense policy, military history of Slovakia and the world, ethnic conflicts, international law, peacekeeping operations, international terrorism, biographies of military commanders, uniforms, decorations and other topics.

Periodicals

The library offers domestic and foreign magazines focused on current issues of international relations, security and defense. It also offers renowned foreign titles such as GEOPOLITICS, TERRORISM AND POLITICAL VIOLENCE, CHAILLOT PAPERS.

Visitors to the study room also have access to specialist magazines that provide current information on the latest happenings in the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic.
