JAPCC is one of the Alliance's 28 Centers of Excellence (CoE). It was founded in 2005 and is based in the German city of Kalkar. The primary mission of the JAPCC is to improve the Alliance's air, space, land and sea forces. The organization's structure and funding are based on a memorandum of understanding between the founding members. JAPCC currently funds 14 NATO member states on a voluntary basis. |
